    • The flow heater is connected to the fixed control unit and is controlled automatically by the control program.
    • Thanks to three titanium stabilizers, this heater is very durable and reliable, and vibrations are completely minimized even during strong flow.
    • The structural weir holder is fitted as standard on all heaters from BALBOA WATER GROUP.
    • This new equipment ensures centering during assembly and seating. This ensures repeatability of production and increased product quality.
    • The end result is a consistently smoother flow around the coil combined with reduced vibration.
    • All this contributes to the increased reliability and durability of the product.
    • The composition of the spiral allows for precise alignment during production. Chemically inert epoxy bonding, instead of soldering, increases corrosion resistance.
    • Each assembly is tested to 60 psi to ensure leakage prior to installation.
    • The new design allows maximum free space between the part and the cover, which ensures quiet operation of the heater during flow.
