• Complete including sensors and seals for Balboa plastic control units.

The flow heater is connected to the fixed control unit and is controlled automatically by the control program. Thanks to three titanium stabilizers, this heater is very durable and reliable, and vibrations are completely minimized even during strong flow. The structural weir holder is fitted as standard on all heaters from BALBOA WATER GROUP.

This new equipment ensures centering during assembly and seating. This ensures repeatability of production and increased product quality. The end result is a consistently smoother flow around the coil combined with reduced vibration. All this contributes to the increased reliability and durability of the product. The composition of the spiral allows for precise alignment during production.

• Chemically inert epoxy bonding, instead of soldering, increases corrosion resistance.
• Each assembly is tested to 60 psi to ensure leakage prior to installation.
• The new design allows maximum free space between the part and the cover, which ensures quiet operation of the heater during flow.
