The ideal pH value when using without chlorine and chlorine water disinfection is 7.2-7.6. If the pH leaves this defined range, there is a reduction in the effectiveness and an increase in the consumption of disinfectants. At low pH (pH < 7.2), the metal parts of the pool and hot tub corrode and the colors of the plastic and foil in the pool and hot tub fade faster. At a high pH (> 7.6), the water becomes cloudy and algae forms. Conjunctiva and skin irritation may also occur.

Properties:

The preparation pH plus is a fine white powder, slightly soluble in water. The aqueous solution of the pH plus product reacts alkaline, which is why it easily increases the pH of the water.

Dosage:

10 g of the pH plus product per 1 m³ of water will increase the pH value of pool water and hot tub water by 0.1. Dispense a measured dose of the product into a container with water, mix and add to the pool water and hot tub water. Dosing with the circulation switched on.

Do not eat, drink or smoke when working with the product. Do not mix with other chemicals. Keep spills away from drains and water sources. Dispose as non-hazardous waste. Keep containers tightly closed in a dry place. Minimize dust content in the work environment. Fire and thermal decomposition may produce toxic carbon oxides. Avoid with acids (carbon dioxide is released), with 2-phenylaldehyde (risk of ignition) and with ammonium phosphate (violent reaction). In case of skin contact, wash with soap and plenty of water. In case of inhalation, move victim to fresh air. In case of eye contact, flush with plenty of water for 10-15 minutes. In case of accidental ingestion, rinse mouth with water. In case of further difficulties, consult a doctor and show the label. Remove soiled or soaked clothing. Read the instructions before use.
